The Short Answer
A working-dog muzzle must do three things at once: stop biting and unwanted scavenging, let the dog pant and bark normally, and stay secure through realistic training. Our muzzle range covers steel-frame, leather and tactical designs for Malinois, German Shepherds, Rottweilers and other working breeds — including a remote-release training muzzle for decoy and control work. Every model is built from materials chosen for the job: stainless steel frames that resist impact and rust, vegetable-tanned leather that molds to the dog's muzzle, and impact-rated designs with fixed inner boards.
Steel-Frame Muzzles: Maximum Security
The steel-frame designs (square-mouth and round-mouth styles, large and small) use a stainless steel muzzle basket fitted with leather straps. They are impact-resistant, water-proof and rust-free, with a higher safety rating for high-risk scenarios — confrontation training, transport and public-order work where the dog must be fully secured while still able to bark and breathe freely.
Leather Muzzles: Fit and Comfort
Leather models are made from full vegetable-tanned cowhide, with dedicated patterns for Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Malinois-type muzzles. The universal leather designs (six sizes) are soft, lightweight and breathable, prevent biting and scavenging, and fit both working dogs and pets — tested on dogs ranging from Rottweilers and Malinois to Labradors and Springer Spaniels.
For high-drive dogs, the impact-rated leather muzzles (large and small) add a fixed inner board that cushions the force of a hard-hitting dog charging into the muzzle.
Tactical Muzzles: Deterrence With Function
The tactical designs pair a black steel frame with imported leather and environmental felt lining, so the dog can bark normally while the muzzle presents a strong visual deterrent — suited to realistic scenario training where the dog works in drive.
Remote-Release Training Muzzle
For decoy and control work, the remote-release muzzle adds a training dimension no standard muzzle offers: a lock unit mounts on the muzzle with three locking slots, and the handler releases the muzzle remotely from up to 50 meters. Lock pull force exceeds 20 kg, continuous lock cycles exceed 50 per charge, and the unit charges over Type-C in 30 minutes. It can be used standalone or paired with the remote-release leash system for full control during bite work and target training.
Sizing and Fit
Sizing follows the dog: large sizes fit German Shepherds and Rottweilers, small sizes fit Malinois-type muzzles, and the universal leather series runs in six sizes (1 Rottweiler, 2 Malinois, 3 German Shepherd female, 4 Labrador, 5 Dutch Shepherd, 6 Springer Spaniel). Measure your dog's muzzle length and circumference before ordering — a muzzle that is too tight stops panting, one that is too loose comes off.
